To add your company VAT number to invoices generated by Mallabe, follow the instructions below. The steps differ depending on whether you already have a subscription or not.

For A User Without Any Previous Subscriptions

If you didn’t have a prior subscription, you can add your company VAT number while registering for a new subscription. Follow the steps outlined on this page:

Purchasing a Subscription

When you select your billing country, a field for VAT Number will appear, as shown in the following picture:

For A User With Previous Subscriptions

If your account had any subscription prior, follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Click on “API Keys” or navigate to https://app.mallabe.com/accounts/me/apikeys/ once logged in.

  3. Click on “Subscriptions” tab.

  4. Click on “Open Self Service Portal”.

  5. Click on “Billing & Shipping Addresses”

  6. Once a billing country is selected - a VAT Number field will appear below
